Romain grosjean was the quickest man today at Barcelona, setting a fastest time of 1:22.716, which left him +0.465 clear of buttons time form the morning session.
The morning started off wet and dried up, allowing button to set his time of the medium compound tyres. Rain began to fall towards the end of the session ensuring Grosjeans time would not be beaten.
Fernando Alonso is at the bottom of the time sheets almost 5 seconds off the pace as Ferrari and Mercedes focused on long runs and evaluating the harder compound tyre.
