Hamilton leads button to top the time sheets on final day

Formula One News » Hamilton leads button to top the time sheets on final day

Lewis Hamilton remained on top of the time sheets today as the second pre-season test at Barcelona came to an end.

Lewis Hamilton made the most od a dry spell at the rain hit circuit earlier in the morning to set his fastest time. The wet to dry track enabled the teams to gather some valuable tyre data and to better understand how the tyres behave on a drying track.

There were 8 red flags throughout the day with the wet conditions sending some drivers off track, Lewis Hamilton came to a halt on track with the final red flag being caused by Jules binachi when he came to a halt on the track.

Jules binachi has his day in the car in what is considered a shoot-out for the last remaining seat at Force India, he took over from Adrian Sutil and covered the most laps of the day (96).
