Fernando Alonso remained at the top of the time sheets at the end of day 3 of pre-season testing today with a quickest time of 1:21.875, leaving him 0.285 clear of second places Nico Hulkenberg in the Sauber.
The times from this morning remained mostly unchanged as most teams opted for full race simulations on the afternoon.
Romain Grosjean’s full race simulation consisted of 4 pit stops as he clocked up 119 laps at the days end.
The only red flag of the day came from Giedo van der Garde’s Caterham around 35 minutes before the end of the session.
Adrial sutil, who was in action for Force India, ended the day 8th, he will know hand the car over to Jules Bianchi who he is battling out with for that last remaining seat at Force India
