Felipe Massa currently heads the timesheets at Jerez, his best time of 1:17.879 is a clear +1.125 of second placed Nico Rosberg in the Mercedes.

Massa has set the fastest time so far this week and becomes the first driver to dip below the 1:18’s.

Sebastian Vettel is enjoying his first day of action for Red Bull, he currently sits in 6th position with a 1:19.676

Kimi Raikkonen also has his first day in the car, doing lap after lap as he familiarises himself with the new car.

Charles Pic is so far the only driver to cause a red flag on his first day for Caterham as his car came to a halt on track.
